Bakettes: a family owned and operated, fully-inspected home-based baked in Salisbury, NC—we were born from the love of NY bagels and delicious breads.

A year ago, we started to make our own bagels, which were a huge hit with family and friends.  And then we started making bread. And then people started telling us that we should start selling our bagels and breads because there was nothing else like it around. And so here we are making bagels, breads and all sorts of delicious sweets.
